Shipping to U.S. cities cost a flat rate of $5.
When free shipping is available, your order items will not be charged shipping rates.
What kind of eco-friendly packaging is used?
A Golden Curly Tail order that includes a single onesie or toddler tee will be shipped in the following packaging: A 7.25" x 9.75" 100% Recyclable Poly Cushioned Mailer. Polyethylene bubble inside, Polyethylene
exterior makes it recyclable and water resistant. This mailer is 100% recyclable.
A Golden Curly Tail order that includes more than one item will be shipped in a 8"x 9"x 9" 100% recyclable cardboard box.
What is your return policy?
Returns & Exchanges
If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, you're welcome to
return or exchange your items within 15 days of receipt. All items must
be unused and unwashed. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns
and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any damages must be
reported within 5 days of receipt for a refund and/or replacement.

For your protection, we recommend that you return all items through a
traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. goldencurlytail.com
is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Credit will be
issued when the item has been returned and will be applied to the
payment method used during purchase.
When will my order ship?
All orders in stock will be shipped out within 1-3 days of your order. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on the next business day.
After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
